I had one faulty NEC Aterm WL54AG card at home and I disassembled it ;-). Here are instructions how to do it.

1. Unbend 6 locks on the backside of the card. I recommend to use thin screwdriver (red).
2. Unbend lock on the iron part of the card (green).

2. Use screwdriver to put the flap up (green).
3. Use force to open the card (blue).

Here, you can see difference between blue and green flap.
